Meet Denise

"Encouraging you to authentically live what you really want."

Denise spent 20 years in numerous leadership roles in her community, school district and non-profit organizations providing her experience in strategic planning, communication and leading teams.  Her clients find her coaching to be encouraging, intuitive and challenging as she helps them discover their strengths, create a simple plan and follow through to achieve their dreams in their personal and professional lives. Through the coaching journey, her clients connect with their strengths and gifts learning to neutralize any barriers that may stand in the way of their living a larger life.

Denise contributes several major strengths to 3F Coaching (StrengthsFinder The Gallup Organization)

As a developer Denise recognizes and cultivates the potential in others. Denise spots the signs of each small improvement and gets great satisfaction from seeing the improvements and pointing them out to our clients. That type of support makes a huge difference in the lives of clients.

Her strategic ability allows her to quickly spot significant patterns or issues and create alternative ways to move forward. That type of ability is important to fine-tuning and discovering what really works for clients especially in the follow through stage of coaching.

Denise is a connector and her belief that there are few coincidences and that almost every experience has a reason makes her a great partner in finding the gift in the challenges that come our way and overcoming them so we can keep moving toward our larger life.

Denise is a learner. Denise loves learning and growing personally. Denise is as excited about the process of learning as she is about the results. Denise has a craving to learn more and this makes her a great resource for clients.
