After working with counselors on and off for several years, I wanted something different than counseling had to offer. Denise explained to me that a coach runs alongside you, helping you discovering what your goals are and encouraging you to reach them.

Lost in being everything to everyone else, I didn't know who I was anymore. Once I completed the strengths assessment, we were able to discover some core things about myself I had long forgotten.
