Learn How to Lead From Your Strengths So People Will Follow!
One of the greatest challenges as a leader is to actually lead in such a way so that followers are following.

There are many leadership styles.
Some leaders are methodical and deliberate. Others are quick, to the point and just want to know the bottom line. Some are managers who lead by delegating to capable people and others would rather get the job done alone.

One style is not necessarily better than the other.
The part that is crucial is to have a leader who is leading from his/her strengths. Furthermore, simply having a clear mission statement doesn’t necessarily put you on the road to leading a thriving business or organization. It’s crucial to understand your leadership style and become a master in relating to those you are leading.

15% of a person’s success is determined by job knowledge and technical skills
85% is determined by an individual’s attitude and ability to relate to other people (Carnegie Foundation research)

At the end of the workshop and coaching sessions, you will identify:

Core strengths that you bring to the team as the leader
Specific duties and responsibilities that you prefer
Predictable points of conflict that may occur in your leadership style
How others may perceive your actions when you’re under pressure
Patterns of core and adaptive style within your team members
Ways to create an ideal environment which build on strengths and blend differences within your organization.

We found using the Leading From Your Strengths assessments to save us time and money; time because we could screen out a potential hire that wasn't compatible with our team and money because we weren't hiring someone that most likely wouldn't have worked well with our team or the position we were hiring for.
The assessments are a great tool in helping our team learn to communicate with each other and figure out how to empower one another in a meaningful way. Propel Your Dreams

Creating a 3F Dashboard and keeping it in front of you will propel you toward your dreams; dreams that create a larger life. It starts with dreaming and asking, ‘what do I really want’? There are a number of areas in our lives to consider including but not limited to professional, physical, and personal. Exercising the Faith to know the possible can happen is vital. Then we narrow the Focus and are intentional about setting up an environment for success; saying “no” to the opportunities that don’t fit and “yes” to the opportunities that do fit. Once we know what is possible and have defined clear intentions it is time to get to work and Follow Through. Sometimes that gets challenging. Creating a 3F Dashboard and keeping it in front of you will propel you toward your larger life.

We all need a coach because we all need to be held accountable to our dreams and plans... otherwise months and years can slip by and we discover we have made no progress. Diane and Denise are among the best.
